These terms outline refunds for subscription or service purchases unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

1. Cancellation before service start

  • You may cancel before onboarding begins to request a full refund.
  • Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

2. Refunds after service start

If service has begun, refunds are prorated based on usage and completed onboarding work.

3. How to request a refund

  • Email developer@matthope.cloud with the subject “Refund Request”.
  • Include your company name, plan details, and reason for the request.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be limited for services that provide immediate access to tools or data migrations.
